SoHo Capital LLC, through its partnerships and/or on behalf of its clients, will make principal investments in privately held companies. The following are our minimum acquisition criteria:
- At least $250,000 of pre-tax earnings,
- Demonstrated consistent earnings power (future projections, turnaround situations, or early stage/VC companies are of no interest to us),
- Business earning good returns on equity while employing little or no debt,
- Management in place, and
- An offering price
